Ana Carrasco is my friend and coworker. She is 20 years old and works at a call center.
Every day, Ana starts her morning routine at 7 a.m. She likes to drink a cup of coffee and
has toast for breakfast. There is a small kitchen in her apartment where she prepares her
meals.

Ana arrives at the call center around 9 a.m. There are many desks, computers, and phones
in her office. Ana usually handles customer calls and helps with technical issues. She likes
her job because she enjoys talking to people and solving problems. There are also office
supplies like pens, notepads, and printers that she uses frequently.
Ana's desk is personalized with a few touches of her personality. A small photo frame sits on
the corner of her desk, displaying a picture of her family and friends. A neatly organized
stack of papers and notepads is placed next to her computer, along with a cup of pens for
easy access.

Ana returns to her cozy apartment after her shift at the call center. She has a comfortable
living room, a small but functional kitchen, a simple bedroom, and a practical bathroom. The
walls are adorned with photos of her family and friends, adding a personal touch to the
space. Though modest, her apartment is her tranquil refuge where she can rest and
recharge after a busy day.
