INTRODUCTION TO CONTRUCTION
MATERIALS AND TESTING
- an item, material or supply consumed or used in
a construction project and incorporated in the
constructed building or structure.
- Various raw substances such as clay, sand,
wood, rocks, and twigs have been utilized for
building.
- Aside from naturally occurring substances,
there is also a vast array of artificial and man-
made products that are used for construction,
such as plastic and steel from the Philippines.

aircraft construction, machinery, and packaging
etc.)

managing the quality control and assurance
of a particular element of the construction
works providing information on the
requirements, overview of the method(s) to
