TROUBLE SHOOTING PROCEDURE

FUNCTIONS SETTING-UP SEQUENCE


PS. Unit means select Hold means enter

Press Tare key 3 seconds.

THE PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING LOAD CELL


START

Remove the metal cover.

Separate the wire and load cell.

Take off the load cell.

Put in a new load cell.

Solder the new load cell and wires together.

Replace the metal cover.

Start to calibrate.

END

CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

START

Press Unit key to select weight unit (kg Press Zero key without releasing, and press Unit key 3 times. or lb) to calibrate.

Load calibration weight. Display shows the gravity value of the factory 9.789. Press Hold key to Display shows span count. Please see Note 1 for span count range. move to the desired digit, and press Unit key to set the gravity of destination.

Press Tare key to confirm the entered gravity. Display show zero count XXXX. Please see Note 1 for the zero count range.

Display shows CAL

Press Tare key.

Display shows calibration weight.

2. If the zero count value is out of range, please adjust the R1, R2 of the main board (CH-0525) to obtain correct zero count. 3. If the span count value is out of range, please adjust the RX of the main board (CH-0525) to obtain correct span count.

GRAVITY COMPENSATION:
1. When the operator enables from the function setting procedure describe on page

3, the scale allows the operator to change the setting of gravity value as follows: (1) Press and hold UNIT key 3 seconds to enter gravity compensation mode, the display will show 9.789 (the gravity value of Taiwan factory). (2) Enter the desired gravity value. (Press TARE key to move to the desired digit, and press UNIT key to set the gravity of destination. At last, press TARE key to confirm the entered gravity.) (3) The scale will do gravity compensation automatically. 2. If the operator disables from the function setting procedure described on page 3,

the scale will not allow the operator to re-calibrate the scale by simply changing the setting of gravity value.
