How to be Led by the Lord (Joseph Prince)

Jews, Gentiles and the Church.

2. Non- Jew (Gentiles)
3. Church of God

The Judaism of Christianity

“I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those
who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

ABRAHAM WAS JUSTIFIED NOT BECAUSE OF WORKS, BUT BECAUSE OF FAITH

'What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh? For if
Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. For
what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for
righteousness.” Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. But
to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is
accounted for righteousness, ' – The Gospel

Romans 4:1-5
- Faith is simply Trusting God for what He has done and what He will do for you. It is not
your doing but God’s doing wherein you put your trust in. Faith is not doing is simply
trusting and resting because you know someone will do something for you. It is not an
action but a motivation.
- How can God Justify the ungodly? It is because God found a righteous foundation (The
act of Jesus on the cross) so that those who believe will be justified.
'For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness
of God in Him.'
II Corinthians 5:21
- Those who believe in God is made righteous because God made Jesus who knew no sin
to be sin for those who believe in Christ.
- “I, having done no righteousness is made righteous all because of Jesus and I inherit all
the blessings of the righteous person.”
'In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to
prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive
you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the
way you know.”'
John 14:2-4
'in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and
the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Behold, I tell you a mystery:
We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— '
I Corinthians 15:51-52
- Jesus says, I will be raptured before the great tribulation. I will not experience the great
tribulation.

were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. '

'Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He
should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He
loved them to the end. And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart
of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him, Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all
things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, rose from
supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. After that, He poured
water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel
with which He was girded. Then He came to Simon Peter. And Peter said to Him, “Lord, are
You washing my feet?” Jesus answered and said to him, “What I am doing you do not
understand now, but you will know after this.” Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my
feet!” Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.” Simon Peter
said to Him, “Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and head!” Jesus said to him, “He
who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not
all of you.” For He knew who would betray Him; therefore He said, “You are not all clean.” So
when He had washed their feet, taken His garments, and sat down again, He said to them,
“Do you know what I have done to you? You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for
so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one
another’s feet. I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Most
assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater
than he who sent him. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.'

and you are clean, but not all of you.” For He knew who would betray Him; therefore He said,
