INTRODUCTION
Cluster analysis, a fundamental technique in statistics, is used to identify
underlying structures and patterns of similarity within complex,
multidimensional data sets. In this project, we will explore how this technique
can be applied to discover natural groups or segments within data sets, with
the goal of better understanding the internal structure and variability of the
data.

We will evaluate its effectiveness in identifying coherent groups in real data

sets. In addition, we will explore methods for evaluating the quality of
clustering and visualization techniques to interpret and communicate the
results obtained.

This project will not only provide an in-depth understanding of clustering

techniques but will also demonstrate their applicability in various fields such as
customer segmentation in marketing.

Playing sports or exercising regularly is essential to maintaining a healthy life:
The average score is 1.48, which indicates a tendency towards acceptance of this
statement, although not very strong.

Society values and promotes the importance of sport and physical exercise:
This statement has a mean score of 2.01, which suggests that society in general
perceives that physical activity is valued and promoted, but not in a very pronounced
way.

I feel motivated by my social environment to engage in physical activities: The

average score is 2.22, which indicates moderate motivation from the social
environment to participate in physical activities.

Going out to public places is a rewarding experience for me: With a mean score
of 1.95, it seems that most people do not find much gratification from going out to
public places in relation to physical activity.

I believe that regular practice of sport or physical exercise is a priority for

people: The average score is 2.09, which suggests that there is a certain belief in
the importance of regular physical activity, although it is not an absolute priority for
everyone.

Opinions of others influence my decisions about exercising: With a mean score

of 2.54, it seems that the opinions of others have some influence on decisions about
exercising, although it is not an overwhelming influence.

The frequency with which I practice sports or physical exercise reflects my

commitment to my personal well-being: With a mean score of 1.99, it seems that
the frequency with which someone exercises reflects their commitment to their
personal well-being, but again, it is not a trend very strong.

I believe that lack of time is an important barrier to the regular practice of sport
or physical exercise: The average score is 2.12, which suggests that lack of time is
perceived as an important, but not insurmountable, barrier to the regular practice of
exercise.

Regularly practicing sports or physical exercise improves my mood and

overall quality of life: With an average score of 1.76, it seems that most people
believe that regular physical activity has a positive impact on their mood and quality
of life.

In general, it seems that there is a trend towards valuing and promoting sport and
physical exercise in society, although there are barriers such as lack of time.
Furthermore, opinions from the social environment have some influence on
individual decisions about physical activity.

Factorial analysis

The results of both tests suggest that the data are suitable for carrying out a factor
analysis, which implies that there are significant correlations between the variables
included in the data set and that these variables are adequately suited to be used in
this type of analysis.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, cluster analysis is a valuable tool for identifying patterns and

structures within complex data sets.

By grouping objects or individuals into homogeneous groups based on similar

characteristics, this technique allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the
underlying structure of our data, without the need for prior knowledge about the
classification of elements.

This has important applications in a variety of fields, from marketing to biology to

computer security.

By using cluster analysis effectively, we can generate meaningful insights and make
more informed decisions based on the patterns identified in our data.
