Code of Conduct

Dress Code
Day 1: Formals

Day 2: Traditionals

Note for Lok Sabha Delegates: You are permitted to wear traditional attire on all 2 days. Please note
that the setting for this event is formal. Wearing attire that is excessively revealing, such as sleeveless
shirts and short skirts/shorts, along with attire that is extremely casual, such as ripped jeans and
floral-print shirts, is not appreciated or appropriate.

Bag Check Policy

Bag checks will be conducted at the beginning of each day throughout the two-day conference. All
delegates will have their bags checked separately (girls and boys) to ensure no illegal substances,
nicotine products, weapons, or other prohibited items are brought into the venue.

Any such items found will be confiscated and will not be returned. Delegates who need to carry
prescribed medication must have it accompanied by a signed note from their parents.

Pick-up and Drop-off Policy

All delegates must be punctual to all committee sessions and arrive at the designated times. If you
are unable to arrive on time or will not be present for a particular day of the conference, you must
send an email at least one hour in advance to terramun.secretariat@gmail.com.

When entering and leaving the campus, delegates must tick a box at the gate to confirm their arrival
and departure.

WhatsApp Groups and Internet Policy

Committee WhatsApp groups are strictly for official use and should not be used for casual
conversations. Any use of inappropriate language or interactions in these groups will lead to
immediate removal.

Wi-Fi at District150 should be used for productive purposes only and not during committee sessions,
unless allowed by the Executive Board of the Committee.

We encourage you to tag us in your social media posts about the conference. However, please refrain
from making any defamatory comments about the executive board, delegates, or any members of
District150 or TerraMUN 2024. If you have any complaints, please contact an Organising Committee
(OC) member or a USG from the secretariat for prompt resolution.

Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy

At TerraMUN 2024, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards rumor-spreading, social ostracization,
toxic competition, and any form of physical or sexual harassment. If such behavior is reported and
verified, it will result in immediate expulsion from the conference.

Delegates are reminded that all teachers, USGs, and OC members are here to provide support and
assistance. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
