Sub: Regarding payment of stationary bill.

Sir,
My humble request is that I had given the stationary items in office to Mr. Ankush Kumar, JOA (IT)
during Exam Session in December, 2023 whose bill No 104 date 01/09/2023 and its amount to Rs
2135/- and the same was paid to me by your office on 02/03/2024 as Rs. 1421/- ( One Thousand Four
Hundred Twenty One only).
Therefore you are requested to please give me the remaining amount of Rs. 714/- because I have
received less amount than the amount for which l have give the stationary items.
