Good afternoon, I am honored to speak in this classroom to bring you together, to bring you

together for a fight that concerns us all: equality between men and women.

Today, wowemns earn 77 percent of a man’s salary for the same job.
Women do more than three quarters of unpaid domestic work.
Two thirds of the world's illiterates are women
And One third of women have experienced physical and/or sexual violence in their lifetime.

These statistics are very sad and must change

Then when I was 7 I saw that girls can’t play with boys or wowen have to cook and do the washing
tasks or cant practice the same sports as men.
Unfortunately we grow up with these biases.

That's why we have to fight to make these prejudices disappear. We have to make sure that there is
no difference in treatment between two genders, that none is inferior to the other. We must not
hesitate because hesitation is the enemy of action.

All men and women that Emma Watson said "gender equality is a man's affair too ».
And "Rosie the Riveter" iconic poster of a female factory worker said « We can Do It !!! »
