b. Myopia, astigmatism and other eye diseases can also happen when you use the Internet

a. Cyberbullying and online harassment becomes a detriment to mental health of the victims
b. Social media addiction can change the way your brain behaves

1. Lack of creativity
a. Instant access to information thanks to search engines causes harm to students’ creative ability
b. Text-to-speech AI directly solves the solution without allowing students to think about the
problem they are asked about
2. Academic dishonesty
a. Cheating on exams becomes common among students
b. Plagiarism writing and original writing becomes harder to differentiate
C. Effects on politics
1. Political propaganda
a. Manipulating public opinion can create division between communities involved
b. Creating false narratives about political opponents may ripple the effects of elections, leading
to wrong people being elected

a. Individuals are more exposed to information that align with their belief; therefore, they lose
empathy for opposing views
