 Introduction
A pre-school enrollment system is a software application designed to streamline
the process of enrolling children in pre-school programs. It is a user-friendly and efficient
tool that can be used by parents, school administrators, and teachers to manage the
enrollment process.

The pre-school enrollment system typically includes features such as online

registration, scheduling, class management, parent communication, and financial
management. With online registration, parents can easily enroll their children in pre-
school programs by filling out an online form and submitting it electronically.

Scheduling features allow parents and school administrators to view and manage
class schedules, including available slots, class times, and teacher availability. Class
management features help school administrators and teachers to manage class rosters,
student records, and attendance.

Parent communication features enable teachers and school administrators to

communicate with parents about their child's progress, upcoming events, and other
important information. Financial management features allow school administrators to
track tuition payments, generate invoices, and manage other financial aspects of the pre-
school program.

Overall, a pre-school enrollment system provides a comprehensive solution for

managing the enrollment process and ensuring a smooth transition for both parents and
children into the pre-school program.
 Objective
➢ Streamlining the enrollment process: The system should simplify the process of
enrolling children in a preschool program by providing online registration forms and
easy payment options.

➢ Providing information about the preschool program: The system should provide
parents with detailed information about the curriculum, teachers, facilities, and
other aspects of the preschool program to help them make an informed decision.

➢ Managing student records: The system should maintain accurate records of each
student's enrollment, attendance, and academic progress to help teachers and
administrators manage the preschool program effectively.

➢ Improving communication between parents and teachers: The system should

provide a platform for parents to communicate with their child's teacher and receive
regular updates on their child's progress.

➢ Enhancing the overall experience for parents and students: The system should
provide a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and use, improving the
overall experience for parents and students.
 Module Description
1. User Module
• Home page: It is a welcome page for users. It contain brief information about
the preschool.
• About: It is an about us page of the website/Pre-School.
• Classes: This Section contains information about the classes.
• Contact us: This section contains the contact details of the preschool.
• Schedule a visit: Parents can schedule their visit to the school through this
section.
• Enrol now: Through this parent can fill out the child’s enrolment form.
2. Admin Module
• Dashboard: In this section, the admin can briefly view the total number of
sub-admin, classes, and teachers, the total number of enrollments, new
enrollments, rejected enrollments, approved enrollments, total number of
visitors, visited visitors, not visited visitors.
• Sub-Admins: In this section, Admin can create the subamin, delete sub-
admins, edit sub-admins, and reset the passwords of subadmins.
• Teachers: In this section, admin can add, update/edit and delete the teachers.
• Classes: In this section, admin can add, update/edit and delete the classes.
• Enrollments: In this section, admin can view the enrollment and take actions
on new enrollments.
• Visits: In this section, admin can view and maintain the visits.
• Page: In this section, admin can manage the about us and contact us pages.
• Account Setting: Admin can update his profile, and change the password.
Admin can also recover the password.

3. Sub-Admin Module
• Sub-Admin and Admin features are the same except Sub-Admin creation.
Sub-Admin can’t create the Sub-Admins.
