GUIDELINES FOR THE BATCH 2023 – 2024

YEARBOOK SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

1. The yearbook subscription for Batch 2023 – 2024 will start on May 6, 2024 to May 24, 2024.
Likewise, the yearbook payment will also take place on the same dates.

2. Yearbook Subscription:
 To sign up, fill out the form at the following link: https://forms.gle/zuAL4hpoww4ToffSA.
 Proceed with the yearbook payment.

3. Yearbook Payment: Cash Payment

 To confirm your subscription made via Cash payment, please be guided on the following
schedule for cash payment:
May 6 and May 7 (Monday & Tuesday)
10:00 AM – 12:00 NN ABM AND STEM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
May 9 and May 10 (Thursday & Friday)
10:00 AM – 12:00 NN HG, ANI, CSS, TG, FB, AAD, SPORTS
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
May 13 – May 15 (Monday - Wednesday)
10:00 AM – 12:00 NN ALL STRANDS
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
May 20 – May 24 (Monday – Friday)
10:00 AM – 12:00 NN ALL STRANDS
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Payment should be done at the Student Council Office (Tower Basement)

4. Yearbook Payment: GCash Payment

 To confirm your subscription made via GCash payment, please be guided on the following
procedures:
Step 1 Fill out the GForm
Pay the amount needed using the account number 09274667389 and
Step 2
screenshot the transaction.
Rename the screenshot to your section, and name
Step 3
ex. (E12A_Dela Cruz-Dannayah)
Step 4 Complete the GForm by uploading the screenshot.

5. Confirmation of Payment
 A proof of payment/receipt will be provided.
 Make sure to show your proof of payment upon claiming of the yearbook.
