NOTICE TO VACATE THE HOSTEL DURING SUMMER VACATION

t. All the Hostel Residents of Boys and Girls Hostel Cheri-Manatu Campus are directed
to vacate their hostel rooms along with their belongings latest by 30th May 2024.
2. After 3oth May, the Hostel ;Tooffrs may be opened by the Hostel Administration to
facilitate repair, maintenance and sanitization. Some rooms will be allotted to keep
the belongings of the Hostel Residents. However, The Hostel Administrration shall not
be responsible for any loss/damage to the items/belongings kept in thenooms.
3. The Hostel Residents are expected to clear their mess and hostel dues and return all
hostel stuff, mess plates etc. (if any) before vacating their hostel rooms.
4. The Hostel Residents must ensure that all the Hostel belongings like bulb, fans, beds,
tables, chairs etc. are in good condition.
5. Hostel Residents are required to bring their lD card/ Hostel Fee receipt etc. for
clearance.
6. The Residents are responsible for vacating the hostel. Hostel staff may not render
any type of service or help to the students.
