Symptom

Condition type PBXX appears with red status in condition tab at the time of creating a Purchase Order with
reference to a RFQ

Environment

• SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP
• SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA

Reproducing the Issue

• Create a Request for Quotation (transaction ME41)

• Create a Quotation (transaction ME47)
• Create a Purchase Order with reference to RFO (transaction ME21N).
• Go to condition tab, condition PBXX appears with a red traffic light

Resolution

Set the exclusion indicator (field V_T685A-KZNEP) in transaction M/06 for condition type PB00 and make a
new test.
