Option A: Change Quantum CPU to M580 CPU with Existing Quantum PLC program can be re-used with conversion to make

Cost Impact Materials Cost No Schneider promised to keep same pricing for either changes on CPU only or
the whole platform changes.

Administration Yes (with Option A) Due to changes, there will be additional administration cost which involves
/Engineering Cost Cancelation of existing PO and the whole process of purchase activities as well
S$44,800 as project discounts. And additional engineering costs due to design changes
(with Option B) as per engineering work impact.

- Engineering work to develop/convert existing Quantum PLC program
