Prerequisites
Be at least 16 years of age to start this card and 18 years of age at
Investiture [Attach a photocopy of your National Registration Card
/Passport/Birth Certificate/Record of birth/under 5 card]
Be a baptized member, in regular standing, of the Seventh-day
Adventist Church[Attach a photocopy of baptismal certificate/a
confirmation letter from the local church]
Be recommended by the church to undertake the course[Attach a letter

Commit to the Youth/Children’s Ministry Volunteer Code of Conduct

[Attach a signed copy of YMCD]

Be currently trained in Child Protection[Attach a photocopy of the

Be currently approved by your conference’s child protection screening

verification[Attach a criminal background screening form /clearance
certificate from Zambia Police Service]
NOTE
Candidate who is currently employed by the Government Republic of
Zambia should not undergo criminal background screening
process,instead he/she should attach an introductory letter .
