TUQUERRES
is a Colombian municipality located in
the department of Nariño. It is located
72 kilometers from San Juan de Pasto,
the capital of the department.

TOURIST SITES

The Green Lagoon

The Green Lagoonis located in the
middle of the crater of the Azufral
Volcano that is in the municipality of
Túquerres. It is one of the most
beautiful landscapes in Nariño, even
cataloged as one of the seven natural
wonders of the world.

THE AZUFRAL VOLCANO

Previously known as Chaitán, neighboring
the town of Túquerres, it is located south

This volcano can be accessed from its

lower part by the road that leads from
Túquerres to Samaniego
About 7 km from the first city, take the
detour on the left and from then on
continue along the road to the
Corponariño cabin.

play with their children, eat ice cream

strawberries with cream, sweets and
more.
