Dear Parent,
2. During rainy season students are expected to wear all-season shoes or sandals (black
colour).
Rain wear should be worn only till mid – September. (Post September black shoes is
compulsory)
Parents can meet their wards respective class/subject teacher only on the 2nd & 4th
Saturday of the month between 9.30 am to 11.30 am.
Parents are requested not to meet the teacher during school working hours.
5. Parents are expected to go through the school handbook regularly and sign
where required.
6. Parents are hereby informed to pay school fee on or before 15th of each quarter to
avoid fine.
Payment of fees should be made on a regular basis for the smooth functioning of the
school and to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
7. In case a student discontinues bus service due to unavoidable reasons in the middle
of a quarter, the bus fees have to be paid for the entire quarter. – (Handbook Page 27)
10. Parents are requested to fill in the declaration form (Handbook Page 5 & 6) in
the school handbook & affix father, mother, and child’s latest photograph i n
school uniform on it. (Return the same before 24th of June)
11. Students can celebrate their birthday in school by wearing colour dress and
distributing chocolates costing not more than Rs. 10. (No return gifts or costly
chocolates should be sent)
12. During the winter season all students are expected to wear only school jackets.
13. School is concerned only with the parent or the guardian of the child. In case of
authorization letter from the parents, the school will speak to the concerned authority.
14. Parents are not allowed in shorts or 3/4th pants inside the school premises.
Note:
1. Fees must be paid on time as per the quarters mentioned above or else strict action
will be taken.
2. Students are expected to carry their swimming costume and towel as per the
swimming period in their timetable. (For Std. I to IV)
3. Skates can be kept in school, in a proper bag neatly labelled with the name of the
child and Std./Div. (For Std. I to IV)
