Parts of the house and furniture

Most houses have a kitchen, dining room, living room and one or more bedrooms.

Some houses have a garage or other rooms such as a study or office or a laundry room.

Here are some of the rooms and the typical furniture we can find in them.

Kitchen: cooker, cupboards, fridge, oven, table, sink, washing machine

Lounge: sofa, armchair, bookcase, coffee table, TV
Bedroom: bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, lamp
Bathroom: bath, shower, sink, toilet
Dining room: dining table, chairs, cupboards
