COMES NOW, Aafram Sellers, attorney for Brett Morris McAlpin, and moves to file this

Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel, and in support thereof would show unto the Court

the following, to wit:

1. The Notice of Appeal was filed on April 15, 2024;

2. That Defendant has retained Theodore Cooperstein as attorney for his appeal;

3. That Defendant no longer qualifies for a court appointed attorney; and

4. Counsel therefore requests that he be allowed to withdraw as attorney of record for Brett

Morris McAlpin.

WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, Aafram Y. Sellers prays that he be allowed

to withdraw as attorney of record for the Defendant, Brett Morris McAlpin and Theodore
Cooperstein be substituted as attorney of record.
