witness. Today again request is made by the counsel for
adjournment. This court does not feels appropriate to adjourn
the matter for the same purpose. Request for adjournment
considered and disallowed. Accordingly, the present suit
stands dismissed under Order 17 Rule 3 CPC. File be
consigned to the Judicial Record Room, after due compliance.
