Field Service support Rates –

We are pleased to share with you our services rates for our operations in the region.

Daily & Hourly rates

Week days 1000 USD Daily
Weekends and Holidays 1300 USD Daily
Ov ertime on working days (6PM- 10PM) 130 USD Hourly
(10PM- 08AM Next Day) 150 USD Hourly

Ov ertime on Weekends and Holidays (6PM- 10PM) 150 USD Hourly

(10PM- 08AM Next Day) 150 USD Hourly
Standy (min 4 hours) 100 USD Hourly

Notes:

Field Support

1. Rates include the time service engineer is traveling, performing work at site, on standby. Standby is
defined as the time the service engineer is physically available at site or accommodation and is not
performing work at customer request. Time for employees will be billed from the time they leave their
office/residence until they return.

2. Rates are based on workweek consisting of five (5), ten (10) hour days, typically between 8am to 6pm.
Where the work is performed outside of AER Consulting normal ten-hour business day, Monday thru Friday
or on Country holidays, the appropriate hourly overtime/double-time rate will apply.

3. Charges for day(s) not worked, but on standby, shall be charged at the standard rate, the appropriate
hourly overtime/double-time rate, plus expenses and applicable T&L.

4. Please note all travel and living expenses will be charged at cost, plus fifteen (15) percent to account for
administrative costs.

5. The offer is valid for 10 days from the date of submission. The payment should be released within 15 days
of invoice. Interest rate of 2% per month shall be charged on all unpaid balances from due date. All
standard terms & conditions per attached sheet shall be applicable.

6. Service and other Tax as per government regulations will be applicable at the time of Invoicing. All taxes
and duties, other than income tax deductions will be to customer account.

7. AER Consulting reserves the right to remove its personnel from the site due to any safety reasons or
concerns of the service engineer performing the work. This will be usually through a verbal communication
to the customer contact followed by written communication within 48 hours of removal of personnel from
the site.

8. Please be advised that because of Environment, Health and Safety reasons our Engineer should not work
beyond 16 hours in span of 24 hours.

9. *For Any Offshore Work, AER Consulting reserves the right to remove his engineer after 14 days of Work.
Offshore Owner must accept this clause before placing the order.
