LABELLING
Please ensure each work is clearly labelled with the artist’s name & phone number, the title of the work,
media used, edition number if relevant, and retail selling price.
Please email a list of the works from your gallery to Merran: merranep@iinet.net.au (Excel format if
possible.) Also please provide a telephone number, email and postal address.

BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS
Please provide a copy of current CV/biographical details for each artist.

PAYMENT
At the conclusion of the exhibition, we will advise you of the sales from your gallery and ask that you send
us an invoice for sold works. We will pay immediately on receipt of invoice. As agreed, we ask you to share
your commission with us 20% / 20%.

SYDNEY DROP-OFF POINT

We have arranged a Sydney drop-off point for art works, which will be collected and delivered to
PACKSADDLE c/- NERAM by Allinghams Removals, free of freight costs to you.
Works must be at the depot by 4pm Friday 20 September 2024.

NERAM
If you prefer, you can arrange transport to and from NERAM and insurance at your own cost.
All work should arrive in Armidale no later than 4pm Friday 11 October 2024, and should be clearly marked
ATTENTION PACKSADDLE and sent to, or hand delivered to NERAM, Kentucky Street, Armidale NSW 2350.
02 6772 5255. Please advise us if you are sending artworks directly to NERAM.

RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all work is safely packed. Every care will be taken, however Packsaddle
assumes no responsibility for work damaged or lost in transit.

RETURN OF UNSOLD ARTWORK TO SYDNEY

We will repack and return any unsold work, free of charge, to Artsite Contemporary and will notify you when
they arrive. Please collect your work/s as promptly as possible.
