Dear Miss,

I am writing this letter in response and providing evidence for show cause on May 30th
2024 in writing for thumbprint on behalf of colleague as below name :

Firstly, for NM3197,NM3931and NM3927. All their fingerprint belongs to my fingers because they got
asked me to scan out because they don’t want to queue due to people queuing early but I make sure they
out from production after 7 a clock.

We do this caused before this we got advice notice after scanning at office but why don’t other
departments have to advice notice after scanning at office.We are not satisfied.

Lastly, I would like to apologize for my bad behavior. I promise this mistake will not happen again .
That’s all my response for this show cause letter
