Dear Miss,

I am writing this letter in response for show cause on May 30th 2024 in writing for ID was found on the
device when Quzami Bin Mohd Razif (NM3285) and Muhammad Azri Bin Ahmad Khir (NM3404) is
doing thumbprint.

We was previously had given an advice notice by my superiors for using Thumbprint Machine provided
in the lobby office without any information we cannot thumbprint there. I do this due to avoid
overcrowding at scanning and at security checkpoints, the number of employees is growing, but the
Thumbprint Machine remain same. When I on morning shift, I asked Quzami Thumbprint behalf of me
after 7.00pm.

I never asked Muhammad Azri to writing my ID on he finger on behalf of me. I really give evidence of
the mistakes I have made with honestly.

That’s all for this show cause letter. I hope the company can consider the misconduct I have committed.
Lastly, I would like to apologize for my first time and I promise this same mistake will not happen again
in the future.
