I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of 1st Year BCAED students (Block A),BSED English 1-H, BE
1-B and BSED Filipino 2-G of San Jose Community College in connection with our upcoming PE CULMINATING
ACTIVITY . In preparation for our commemorative event, we would like to request permission to utilize the
covered court for practice session.

We understand the importance of maintaining the facility in optimal condition, and we assure you that we will
adhere to all rules and regulations governing its use. Our practice sessions will be conducted with utmost care and
consideration for the premises.

Important Matters to Address:

Date and Time: We kindly request permission to use the covered court for practice on June 4 ,2024 (tomorrow)
between 8:00 in the morning to 5:00pm.

Facility Maintenance: We commit to ensuring that the covered court is left in the same condition as we found it.
Any necessary cleaning or repairs resulting from our use will be promptly addressed.
