Best regards dear Mr.

Gónzales, my name is Jimena Delgado López, and today I am going to tell you briefly about
the diet I follow.

At breakfast I usually eat a piece of bread with avocado and have a cup of coffee or oatmeal.

At lunch I usually eat a portion of rice with stew, accompanied by a vegetable salad and a piece of pork, beef or
chicken, and sometimes fish. To drink I prefer a strawberry, passion fruit or pineapple juice.

At dinner I regularly have a boiled potato or cassava, accompanied by olives or a hot dog, and to drink a cup of
tea or barley.

My daily diet consists mostly of cereals, carbohydrates, tubers, fresh meats and vegetables. My favorite fruits are
strawberries, apples and green grapes. My favorite vegetables are spinach and tomato.

My favorite dessert is oreo milkshake, which I make at home, and I use the ingredients of milk, ice cream and
vanilla essence, whipped cream, oreo cookies and toppings such as gummies, chocolate chips and chocolate
fudge.

I know that it is very important to eat and eat a diet based on fruits, vegetables and carbohydrates to maintain
our health and get the energy we need for our daily routine.

However, two weekends a month I have pizza, hamburger or grilled chicken for dinner, accompanied by soda. Or
at lunch I have a dessert of pie or ice cream.

My favorite restaurant is D'Pulpa because they offer delicious fruit smoothies, plus it's petfriendly, so I can go
with my kitty Garfield.

Most days I eat food prepared at home and occasionally, two or three times a month, I go to a Creole or fast food
restaurant with my family.

Well that's a little bit of information regarding the foods that make up my daily diet.
