 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

1. Admission to the examination hall is provisional.

2. The Admit card is issued subject to the candidate satisfying attendance and other requirements as per
the Rules, Regulations and Instructions by the University from time to time. If later, it is found that the
candidate fails to comply the above requirements, the examinations written by the candidate will be
treated as cancelled.
3. The candidate who is suffering from any infectious diseases of any kind shall not be admitted in the
examination hall.
4. Strict silence should be maintained in the examination hall.
5. Candidate is required to bring his/her own pens, pencils and erasers. The candidate should use only
blue and black ink while answering his/her answer.
6. Bubbles in the OMR sheets are to be filled in carefully with BLUE/BLACK ball point pen only. DO NOT
put any strange or stray marks anywhere on the OMR sheet. Multiple marking is invalid. DO NOT fold
or scratch the OMR sheet.
7. See reverse of the OMR sheet for details of subject codes and other important instructions before
filling OMR sheet.
8. The candidates need to fill only Part-A of the OMR booklet.
9. Candidate must correctly enter and bubble USIN and Activity Code as mentioned on this Admit Card
in Part A of the OMR sheet of the Answer Scripts. Failure to do so may impact the marks of the
Candidate.
10. Candidates are advised to check the spelling of their names with reference to their university
registration certificate, discrepancies, if any, may be brought to the notice of the COE.
11. Please keep a copy of the ADMIT CARD for future reference. After examination, Admit card will not be
available at the examination portal.
12. This admit card is valid subject to fulfillment of Rules and Regulations of University regarding
examinations.
13. It shall be the duty of the examinee to obtain signature of the invigilator with date on each day/half of
the examination for theory/practical paper.
14. The candidate shall not carry any written or printed matter, any paper material, cell phone, smart
watch, pen drive, ipad, calculator, any unauthorized data sheet/table into the examination hall, and if
anything is found in his/her possession, he/she shall be liable for disciplinary action.
15. Candidate found guilty of using unfair means of any nature shall be liable for disciplinary action.
16. Candidate shall not write anything on the admit card.
