Agreement to Perform Delivery Services – Terms and Conditions

Customer Recovery Charge

The Restaurant agrees to pay to Foodpanda the Customer Recovery Charges (“CRC”) for the issues listed in the table
below.

the Grace Period. After the Grace Period is over, the Restaurant shall make payment of the CRC to Foodpanda as
