every invoice issued by Foodpanda to the Restaurant. However, the Restaurant shall not have to pay for the CRC during
the Grace Period. After the Grace Period is over, the Restaurant shall make payment of the CRC to Foodpanda as
reflected in the invoices issued by Foodpanda to the Restaurant.

rejected by the Restaurant. Details of the wastage charges are set out in the table below. The purpose of the wastage
charges is to minimize food wastage caused by cancelled orders.
