in the Appendix to the Conditions of Contract or beyond the extended Date for Completion
previously approved 30 November 2023 for section 1 and 31 May 2024 for section 2
due to the following reason/reasons:

2. In accordance with Clause 23 of the Conditions of Contract, I hereby grant you an extension
of time of 39 days for the completion of the Section of the Works* under
this Contract.

3. The Date for Completion which has been fixed on 30 November 2023 for section 1 and 31 May
2024 for section 2 is nowtherefore extended to 8 January 2024 for section 1 and 9 July 2024 for
section 2.
