As a member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, El Corte Ingles works with the apparel, footwear, and textile industry’s leading
companies and organizations to develop the Higg Index, a suite of self-assessment sustainability tools that measure social and
environmental supply chain impacts in a standardized way. The Higg Index identifies areas for improvement and helps us move our
industry forward, together.

We ask that as one of our valued supply chain partners, you use the 2023 Higg Facility Environmental Module (Higg FEM).

By completing these assessments, your factories will be able to:

● Demonstrate your leadership in the industry and your commitment to sustainability
● Understand the social and environmental impacts of your facility
● Identify opportunities to improve your facility’s performance
● Benchmark your results against industry peers
● Easily share the results of one assessment with numerous customers and value chain partners

How to get started with the Higg Facility Modules in Worldly platform
1. To register and create account, go to worldly.io
2. To purchase your Higg modules, review this information and the fees can be found on the subscriptions page on
app.worldly.io
3. To access and maintain your module data on the Worldly platform, you will have to purchase one subscription for each
facility you report on. To take advantage of the discount before the end of December, we encourage you to purchase the
[Standard With FEM 2023 + FSLM] subscription for each facility you report on.

Once you have purchased the FEM 2023 module, you can start the assessment. Please complete your assessment to post and share
your modules with El Corte Ingles on Worldly platform. Deadlines include:
● Posting deadline for the full Higg FEM self-assessment is April 30, 2024.
● Posting deadline for the full Higg FEM verification is December 31, 2024.
● If you do the full Higg FEM verification please note El Corte Ingles, encourage you to publicly disclose your Higg FEM
performance.

Industry Adoption
The Higg FEM and Higg FSLM are accepted by many of our industry’s leading brands, retailers, and manufacturers, including all
SAC member companies. On the following page, see the list of SAC member companies currently implementing the Higg FEM in
their supply chains. These brands are currently accepting verified Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) assessments, with all
accredited hosts currently available. This includes the verified Higg FSLM on Higg.org.
