The APCS(CCA) Rules, 1991; governs the conduct of government employees; taking of appropriate action in cases of misconduct; & provides necessary safeguards to the employees. 2. It is noticed that due to several reasons, there is delay in concluding of the disciplinary action, thereby causing hardship to the employees & pensioners. 3. In view of the above, the Government desires to obtain accurate information regarding the pendency of disciplinary cases against the serving & retired government employees. 4. Therefore, & as the 1% step, all the Drawing & Disbursing Officers(DDOs) shall enter the information in the Disciplinary Cases Database (DCDb), hosted by the APCFSS at https://herb.apcfss.in/ 5. The DDOs of the Offices in the State, shall enter in the DCDb, the following data for each serving employee, against whom the disciplinary cases are pending. A, SERVING EMPLOYEES. a) employee ID Number & Name. b) _under suspension: Yes/No. If yes (i) date of suspension. The DDOs shall certify that the information is filled accurately and in respect of all the employees and pensioners. 9. The DDOs shall be subject to disciplinary action, as per the CCA Rules, in case any deviation/inaccuracy/omission is detected at a later date in the reports submitted by them. 10.
