Prices
There are three ways of saying prices and amounts of money in English. £8.50 can be
said ‘eight pounds and fifty pence’, ‘eight pounds fifty’ and ‘eight fifty’. In this unit you
will hear all three ways. This will help you to learn and recognize them.
