2. You must notify any problems with the order or Goods within 48 hours (Refer to Clause 3.5 of the Conditions of

3. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed (Refer to Clause 6.3 of the Conditions of Sale).
4. ARC can withdraw credit previously offered and stop supply (Refer to Clauses 6.7 & 6.8 of the Conditions of Sale).
5. ARC owns and has a security interest in the Goods until they're paid for (Refer to Clauses 4 & 7 of the Conditions
of Sale).
6. ARC limits its liability to you to the extent permitted at law (Refer to Clause 8 of the Conditions of Sale).

 7. The mass of reinforcing bar is determined by AS4671 plus 4.5% rolling margin which is included in the scheduled
bar mass (Refer to Clause 10.2 of the Conditions of Sale).

9. This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue and then expires, unless withdrawn earlier.
