DELIVERY PROCEDURE
1) The Buyer issues LOI/ICPO.
2) The Seller issues draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for Buyer’s review and acceptance.
3) The Buyer returns emended SPA with Buyer’s signature and seal.
4) The Buyer or his representative visits Seller Facilities for physically view and confirmation of
the availability of the goods
6) Q&Q issued by SGS (or any similar inspection agency).
7) Payment terms; Buyer will make a deposit of 30% after satisfied with inspection and signed contract.
8) Upon issue of Bill of Laden, buyer will make another 30% deposit into seller corporate bank account.
9) The balance of 40% will be paid immediately goods arrive port of destination.
10) End of transaction and same procedure applies for every shipment
