Offer Letter-Trainee
Dear Sindhu,

This offer letter holds reference to the personal interview you had with us and the completion of your physical
endurance test. We are pleased to offer you the position of "Trainee ARFF" at Bangalore International Airport
Limited (THE COMPANY), Bangalore, In the ARFF Department.

You are requested to join us on June 04, 2024. Owing to your responsibilities subsequent to your employment
with the Company, you shall be required to undergo a four (4) months certification program/training at the Fire
Service Training Center, Airport Authority of India, New Delhi/Kolkata in order to equip yourself to attend to the
official role and also enhancing your skill and talent. During the training period you will be entitled for a stipend
amount of Rs. 20,000/- per month (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only). It is further informed that, Company at your
request has agreed to bear the costs towards the training fee for the certification program / training, including
the costs towards the boarding and lodging at New Delhi/Kolkata along with to and for travel expenses.

Your appointment with the Company shall be subject to the successful completion of the certification
program/training by you, upon which a letter of appointment by the Company will be issued to you. The Cost to
the Company (CTC) will be Rs. 3,85,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eighty-Five Thousand Only) per annum towards
your appointment. You shall also be eligible for performance based incentive of up-to 10% (ten percent) of the
total CTC offered to you, at THE COMPANY's discretion, This performance incentive will be based on the
performance evaluation at the discretion of the Company as per its procedures and will be paid to you after the
end of each financial year. In case of your separation from the Company during or in the middle of the financial
year, you lose the eligibility for performance incentive.

In consideration of the Company Incurring the costs of Rupees Two Lakhs (Rs.2,00,000/-1 towards the
certification program/training as aforesaid, you shall be required to execute a commitment bond with the
Company and give an undertaking to remain in the Company's employment for a minimum period of three (3)
years ("Commitment Period") from the date of your employment with the Company.

In case if you were to resign from the services of the Company during the Commitment Period, for any reason
what so ever, or your services are terminated by the Company, for any misconduct as specified in terms and
conditions of the appointment letter or any other Confidential.
