Principles of Natural Justice and refund of tax wrongly paid was considered and allowed
under the GST Act in Writ Jurisdiction.
 Drafting of a Follow-up Letter to the Assistant Commissioner (C.T.) for interest
receivable pursuant to the HC order.
 Drafting of the Appeal to be filed before the CESTAT at Chandigarh
 Prepare a summary of M/s. Cyberneme Private Ltd. v. M/s. Odyssey Technologies Ltd., a
case dealing with Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
 Researched on the Interpretation of ‘Otherwise’ mentioned under Section 58 of the
Companies Act, 2013.
 Researched on the reports, which were available in between 1956 to 2013 of the
Companies Act.
 Researched on recent amendments in relation of payment under Micro Small and
Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 as well as the ‘definition’ of Micro Small
and Medium Enterprise.
