Junior (Airbus Coordinator): Good morning, and thank you for coming to this interview. I'm
Junior, the Airbus coordinator. Can you both introduce yourselves and tell me about your last
job activities and skills?

Carlos (Engineer): Good morning, Junior. My name is Carlos, and I am an aerospace

engineer. In my last job, I worked for a company called AeroTech. I was responsible for
designing and testing aircraft components. I worked quickly and efficiently to meet tight
deadlines and ensured all parts were built to the highest safety standards. I also collaborated
with a team of engineers to solve complex technical problems effectively.

Dylan (Business Administrator): Hello, Junior. My name is Dylan, and I am a business

administrator. I previously worked at SkyHigh Enterprises. I managed several projects and
led a team of 20 people. My main responsibilities included developing business strategies,
handling budgets, and ensuring that our operations ran smoothly. I am known for working
hard and effectively managing time and resources.

Junior: Thank you, Carlos and Dylan. Carlos, can you tell me about a challenging project you
worked on and how you handled it?

Carlos: Sure, Junior. One challenging project was the redesign of a jet engine component.
We had to improve its efficiency without compromising safety. I led a small team, and we
carefully analyzed the component's performance data. We brainstormed ideas and tested
several prototypes. Despite the complexity, we completed the project perfectly and ahead of
schedule. This experience improved my problem-solving skills and taught me to work well
under pressure.

Junior: That sounds impressive. And Dylan, what about you? Can you describe a time when
you had to manage a difficult situation at work?

Dylan: Absolutely, Junior. One difficult situation was during a major merger with another
company. I had to integrate two different teams and ensure that all operations were aligned.
There was a lot of resistance from both sides, but I organized regular meetings to address
concerns and communicated the benefits of the merger clearly. I worked constantly to build
trust and foster collaboration. In the end, the merger was a success, and our productivity
increased significantly.

Junior: Both of you have very relevant experiences. Carlos, how do you stay updated with
the latest advancements in aerospace engineering?

Carlos: I regularly attend industry conferences and workshops. I also subscribe to leading
aerospace journals and participate in online forums and webinars. Staying updated is
crucial, and I enjoy learning about new technologies and methodologies that can improve
our work.

Junior: And Dylan, how do you ensure that your team remains motivated and productive?

Dylan: I believe in leading by example and providing clear communication. I set achievable
goals and recognize my team's accomplishments. I also encourage professional
development by providing training opportunities. Keeping an open line of communication
helps address any issues quickly and ensures everyone feels valued and motivated.

Junior: Excellent. Thank you both for sharing your experiences and skills. We'll review your
applications and get back to you soon. Have a great day!

Carlos: Thank you, Junior. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dylan: Thanks, Junior. Have a great day!
