On day 19, my focus was on preparing for a virtual meeting to be conducted for all Max
Fashion employees. The primary activities included:
1. Meeting Preparation:
o Coordinated with the HR team to plan the agenda and structure of the
virtual meeting.
o Assisted in setting up the technical aspects, including selecting the
appropriate virtual meeting platform and ensuring all necessary
equipment and software were in place.
2. Interactive Elements:
o Developed and organized interactive activities to make the meeting
engaging and enjoyable.
o Planned fun virtual games to be conducted during the meeting, aiming to
boost employee morale and participation.
o Created detailed instructions and guidelines for the games to ensure
smooth execution and maximum involvement.
3. Communication and Coordination:
o Communicated with various departments to ensure all employees were
informed about the meeting details and encouraged to participate.
