Key Actions:
On day 14, I visited the nearby Max store in Nexus Mall to complete two specific tasks.
First, I assisted the store employees in downloading and registering on a new app
designed for employee engagement and communication. This involved explaining the
app's features and benefits, guiding them through the download and registration process,
and troubleshooting any issues they encountered.
The second task was to ensure that employees had downloaded the Learning
Management System (LMS) app and completed the three mandatory courses available on
it. I checked each employee's app to verify course completion, provided assistance to
those who had not yet finished, and answered any questions about the course material.
Additionally, I emphasized the importance of these courses for their professional
development and adherence to company standards.
Key Learnings:
• Developed skills in app onboarding, including explaining technical details and
guiding users through the installation and registration process.
• Improved ability to monitor and ensure compliance with training requirements,
reinforcing the importance of continuous learning.
• Enhanced communication skills by interacting with employees, addressing their
concerns, and providing technical support.
• Gained insights into the importance of digital tools in facilitating employee
engagement and professional development.
Reflection: Day 14 was focused on enhancing employee engagement and professional
development through the use of digital tools. Assisting employees with the app
downloads and registrations provided practical experience in user onboarding and
technical support. Ensuring that employees completed their LMS courses underscored the
importance of continuous learning and compliance with training requirements. This
experience reinforced the value of effective communication and support in promoting the
use of digital tools for organizational success.
