1 GLTE-1087 Vehicle  We possess the acknowledgements of the vehicle with the customer’s stamp and signature,

2 RLD-8585 Penalty  As per the agreement, we delivered the complete product to the site and have a receipt
Imposed confirming the customer acknowledged the complete product upon the vehicle's arrival.
(Dec-23) However, the customer did not fully decant the vehicle and allowed it to leave.
 Our carriage has been penalized with a significant amount. (PKR: 20,61,875)
 The vehicle continues to operate with other carriers.

3 TUE-687 Vehicles  No incidents or abnormal shortages were reported by any of the customers.
GLTE-2087 Black  However, Gatti team and the tracker team conducted investigations and inspections of the
TMC-919 Listed vehicles without informing us, later on issuing a statement that the tracker devices were
TTA-250 tampered with.
 Based on this allegation, all our vehicles at Gatti were banned for almost a month.
(April-24)  Loading resumed on the condition that the trackers on these vehicles would be covered with a
steel box, making our carriage appear culpable and damaging our reputation, as none of the
vehicles from any other carrier were equipped with a steel box.

4 TMM-937 Industrial  The vehicle experienced a shortage at MHK, with an average shortage of 300-400 units
Black observed across all vehicles. Despite the incident, the vehicle continued to receive loading
Listed products and remained operational. The amount for the short quantity was also deducted
(Jan-24) from our bill.

 After some time, we removed the vehicle by settling all legal matters with the vehicle owner
and submitted a formal letter to Mr. Sohail about the vehicle's removal. We were not informed
about any pending penalties or an industry-wide blacklisting of the vehicle.

 The vehicle owner subsequently sold the vehicle to another party. When the vehicle reported
to Hascol depot for a fill, it was discovered that the vehicle had been blacklisted by APL
industry wide. We informed the head office team, and they said they would investigate the
matter. However, in our upcoming bill an amount of PKR: 5,57,327/- deducted as penalty of
TMM-937 after approximately six months of the incident we have not yet received a response,
and the vehicle owner is putting pressure on us.
