13. Instructions:
a. Membership is for a specific Sports Complex, only.
b. DHA has the right to cancel the registration on violation of its sports standing operating procedures or
byelaws, w/o assigning any reason.
c. Max of three guests permitted in a month (Foreigner may enter but on foreigner membership).
d. Maids are allowed entry, after paying the registration fee (will sit in the waiting area only).
e. The detailed instructions are displayed on the notice board & the members are required to read them for
observance.
f. Dress code of DHA Sports is to be strictly followed:-
Gents – Track Suit, Sports Shirt, PT Shoes / Jogger, Bermooda Short (Covering Knee)
Ladies – Track Suit / Shalwar Kameez with PT Shoes / Joggers.
g. Duplicate card surcharge will be paid Rs. 100/- and for 3rd time loss member will pay Rs. 500/-.
h. Permission certificate for under mentioned facilities to be given by parents/guardians:-
14. Freeze / Defreeze Cases Policy Sports Complexes / S – Pool Complex:
a. A member opts to freeze his membership if he can’t attend the facility for a month or more by paying 10%
of monthly subs as freezing charges for the freeze pd.
b. The member applies in writing at least ten days in advance for freezing of his membership indicating the
duration of his absence.
c. Member will not be permitted to enter the complex till defreezing of his membership.
d. If a member joins back during the freeze month, he will have to pay full subs for that month.
e. Membership will stand temp blocked, if the member fails to pay monthly subs for one month without
freezing of membership.
f. Blocked membership will be restored on payment of the outstanding subs plus 15% of regn fee as penalty
for non-payment.
g. In the event of non-payment of subs for continuous six months by a member, the membership will stand
cancelled. New registration will be req to restore the membership.
h. If a member can’t attend a facility for Six months or more up to one year He / She may opt for suspension of
membership and on return may resume utilizing same facility by paying 50% of the regn fee.
Note: I have read all the above Subs, instructions and freezing policy.
