1. Services of Housing department from Nivesh Mitra are broken into two
parts i.e. Building Plan Approval Service (including Reapply and Revalidation
service) and Map Approval Service.

2. There is nothing change in services like Building Plan Approval (including

Reapply and Revalidation service).

However, after Fit for approval in above services, entrepreneur will get
message of “Fit for Approval certificate issued to applicant”.

In Nivesh Mitra dashboard, after filling feedback form entrepreneur can get fit
for approval certificate.

In which it is described that, for final sanction letter and drawing, applicant must
avail “Map Approval service”
3. Steps for Map Approval (How to get final sanction letter and drawing)-

A. For same unit ID: Reset the service choice and select the ‘Map Approval’
service-

B. Select ‘New application’ for ‘Map approval’ service-

C. By clicking on “View/Fill Form” & continue with freezed DA name / UPAVP,

applicant can pay the required general fees.

D. After the successful payment, now Architect/License Engineer has to do
his/her digital signature on drawing from his/her console.
(DSC not required in case of revalidation)

E. After successful digital signature, Architect/License Engineer has to click on

“Send to officer” for final signature from authority.
(Send to officer is also required for Revalidation cases).

F. After successful digital signature of signing authority, applicant can get final
sanction letter and drawing after filling feedback form from Nivesh Mitra
dashboard.
