There are no participation fees for researchers and participants with papers.
The Organizing University does not cover the Travelling costs of participants from
outside the country.
The organizing committee of the conference shall help researchers obtain entry
visas to the Sultanate of Oman, as well as hotel accommodation at preferential prices.
