1. Selection of the candidate is based on TM’s recommendation and Personal Interview.

2. The selection and posting will be effective from 01/07/2024.
3. The employee will have to achieve the business performance benchmarks as ASM, as decided from time to time.
4. The periodic performance review will be done by Corporate Office to assess the performance level. Non-
performance may lead to termination of the employment.
5. In no case reversion to the earlier cadre will be allowed.
