EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Employment Contract made and executed by and between:

NARE SUMGYEOPSAL BUFFET, a corporation duly organized and existing


under the laws of the Philippines with business address at Magsaysay Avenue,
Baguio City, and hereto represented by its proprietress MARY GRACE C. DORDULO,
of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single and with residence and postal address at Unit
502, Zoneville Condo Bldg. A, Kisad Road, Baguio City, Philippines, and hereinafter
called the EMPLOYER; and

JOCELYN L. DIANO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married/single, with


residence and postal address at Tuap Itogon Benguet, Philippines, and hereinafter
called the EMPLOYEE.

WITNESSTH

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is engaged in food business with business


address as above-stated and the EMPLOYEE is interested to be employed in a
permanent employment under the following terms and conditions, to wit;

1. WORK – the work that the EMPLOYEE is being hired as Kitchen Crew;

2. AMOUNT OF MONTHLY SALARY – The amount of monthly rental shall


be __________________________ PESOS (Php __________________.00);

3. TERM CONTRACT – The contract shall be for a period of six (6) months
commencing on _________________, 2022 and will end until May 11, 2023.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE

a. To do the work at his/her best ability;


b. Not to do any of the grounds for the termination of Employment
herein below stated.

5. OBLIGATION OF THE EMPLOYER

a. To pay the monthly salary as indicated above;


b. To pay the necessary SSS contributions of employers as required by
law;
c. To decide whether to hire the services of the employee before the
expiration of the contract;

6. GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF EMPLOYEMENT

a. JUST CAUSES

i. Serious misconduct or willful disobedience by the


employee of the lawful orders of his employer or
representative in connection with his work;
ii. Gross and habitual neglect by the employee of his
duties;
iii. Fraud or willful breach by the employee of the trust and
confidence reposed in him by his employer or duly
authorized representative;

iv. Commission of a crime or offense by the employee


against the person of his employer or any immediate
member of his family or his duly authorized
representative;
v. Other causes analogous to the foregoing.

7. ADDITIONAL CONDITION:

i. That in cases of tardiness and absences, the necessary


deductions of salaries would be deducted on the salaries of the
EMPLOYEES in accordance with the daily rate.

8. All the aforementioned stipulated agreements and conditions is the Law


that binds between the EMPLOYER and EMPLOYEE.
