I. NAME, SCOPE, SEAL, DOMICILE

Section 1. The official school publication of Holy Trinity University shall be known as
________________.
Section 2. The ________________ shall serve as the publication of and by the students and
shall reflect the university’s core values.
Section 3. The ________________ shall publish at the end of every trimester. Every
publication shall cover the entirety of the activities and events that occurs in the Service
Education Department.
Section 3.1. The Multimedia Team shall cover each activity/event. Every photo, video,
slideshow and infographic shall be posted in the official page of the publication.
Section 3.2. The Social Media Team shall publish recent updates to the official page of
the publication. They shall be responsible for the frequent posting of content relating to
the Service Education Department, ensuring that every information reaches a wider
audience.
Section 4. The _________________ shall also publish one annual compiling all published
material per academic year. This shall serve as the comprehensive record of the academic
year, featuring photographs, articles, and other materials that capture the memories and
achievements of students and faculty throughout the year.

II. VISION AND MISSION

Section 1. This publication envisions to become the university’s reliable source of news and
information in service for authenticity and transparency exemplified by St. Thomas Aquinas.
Section 2. This publication shall aim to provide quality news, updates and detailed information
involving matters related to the Service Education Department while upholding two of the
university core values; Passion for Truth and Compassion for Humanity.

III. OBJECTIVES
Section 1. The publication shall pursue the following objectives:
(a) Uphold the ethics and standards of Journalism;
(b) Represent the voices of every student and faculty in the Service Education Department;
(c) Promote the values and mission of Holy Trinity University through published content;
(d) Offer support and services to college and/or other campus publications upon request;
(e) Develop an environment of collaboration within the publication to encourage synergy
and ingenuity, and;
(f) Establish a thorough, prospective strategy for the publication's growth and development.
