About us
Welcome to ParentsNext - where our team care about the unique circumstances of parents and the individual
supports and activities required to help you reach your education and employment goals. We tailor ParentsNext to
your strengths, motivations, skills, experiences and obstacles, so you achieve your goals.

ParentsNext provides the following support

• Face-to-face meetings in our family-friendly office space where you have access to free Wi-Fi, computers and
telephone facilities.
• Group work and training sessions in something you’re good at and want to pursue, from social parenting groups to
accredited training up to Diploma qualifications.
• Flexible methods to communicate with you including outreach services and online chat, as we understand that being
a parent comes first.
• Telephone helpline and online chat from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
• Experienced Allied Health and Case Management professionals who can support you to overcome barriers to
participation in education, training and work and can guide your progress.
• Our ParentsNext team can connect you with other support services if you are struggling with personal issues.
• Assistance in finding child care and other supports for you and your children.
• We can offer financial assistance to help with activities that assist participants towards job readiness and for
employment related expenses such as childcare, wage subsidies and relocation assistance.

Outcomes you can expect

• Individually tailored Participation Plan that we build with you in line with your family commitments.
• The community supports you need to reach your goals.
• As an RTO we can provide you with qualifications that can lead to employment in the Sydney South West area and
link you to other training that best suits you.
• Support in gaining work experience and in securing employment when you’re ready.

This is an opportunity for you to have an active voice in guiding ParentsNext delivery in the Sydney South West area.
Your experience, together with our local connections and knowledge of parents needs will make this program

services which together assist in ensuring the people we work with achieve their goals. This includes services that
tailor to specific needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and Indigenous parents including interpreters,
mentors, and services specific to supporting parents with a disability.

We have sites located in Bankstown, Campbelltown, Fairfield and Liverpool. Our site are equipped with computer and
printing services, child safe play areas and tea and coffee facilities.
