Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to


bridge communication gaps between consumers and dealers regarding our company's products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing dealers' requirements for Below-The-
Line (BTL) activities, optimizing spending on social media, newspapers, and television, and
coordinating the creation of promotional materials such as catalogues, JPGs, videos, and other
content.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Gap Analysis:

o Identify and analyze communication gaps between consumers, dealers, and the company's
products.

o Develop strategies to improve communication channels and enhance consumer-dealer


interactions.

Dealer Engagement:

o Understand and execute dealers' requirements for Below-The-Line (BTL) activities.

o Work closely with dealers to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives at the
local level.

Media Optimization:

o Manage social media, newspaper, and television spending for marketing campaigns.

o Optimize spending to achieve measurable and impactful results.

Creative Coordination:

o Coordinate the design process for marketing materials, including catalogues, JPGs, videos, and
other promotional content.

o Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Publicity and Media Relations:

o Understand publicity topics and trends relevant to the industry.

o Coordinate with media houses to ensure effective coverage of company products and events.
Media Buying and Planning:

o Plan and execute media buying strategies in line with the overall marketing goals.

o Monitor and analyze the performance of media placements to optimize future spending.

Content Creation:

o Generate creative and engaging content for various marketing channels.

o Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication platforms.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

o Mas communication, Journalism, MBA

o 6-12 years of experience in a similar role.

o Proven experience in media buying, planning, and optimization.

o Strong understanding of BTL activities and coordination with dealers.
