9. Late Payment
If PTCS did not received any payment within 1 month after invoice DP or BP being received by customer, than we will treat
the PO as CANCEL ORDER and all payment that already made before will be forfeited
10. Only Applicable for Delivery Outside Indonesia
- Customer have to pay at the latest 1 month after invoice received from PTCS, with condition the goods is ready in
Singapore. If customer exceed the time limit than PTCS have the right to import the goods to Jakarta directly and will
charge the importation cost to customer
- Customer must surrender subcert within 2 weeks after good delivered, otherwise GST will be applied (for FCA Singapore)
