I hereby apply for a contract appointment with the University as a Senior Lecturer in the
above named Department (Physics Department).

I have been on an Adjunct Appointment since August 2021 and I have discharged my duties
and responsibilities in the Department creditably. Teaching a minimum of 2 courses at 200
and 400 Levels in the two yearly semesters ever since.
